FORT WORTH, Texas – (Oct. 13, 2026) — Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI), the worldwide leader of industrial vehicle automation and creator of Mobius®, the platform that defined Industrial Autonomous Fleet Orchestration (IAFO), is more than doubling its office footprint at AllianceTexas while advancing autonomous technology testing at the AllianceTexas Test Center.
ASI is expanding from 11,097 square feet to 25,806 square feet across the second and third floors of Hillwood Commons I, Hillwood’s 154,063-square-foot, three-story Class A office building within Alliance Town Center. More than 100 employees will be based at the expanded location.
ASI develops technology that enables industrial vehicles and fleets to operate autonomously across industries including civil construction, agriculture, logistics, and landscaping. At the AllianceTexas Test Center, located north of State Highway 114, ASI tests and validates its equipment across a range of real-world operating scenarios and use cases. The site provides the space and flexibility to develop and demonstrate new capabilities within a major metropolitan area, allowing customers, partners and investors to observe the technology firsthand.
“What sets AllianceTexas apart is the ability to grow our company in the same place where we test and demonstrate our technology,” said Mel Torrie, co-founder and CEO of ASI. “We can put autonomous systems through real-world scenarios, bring customers and partners in to see the technology at work and have the space to expand our team, giving us the flexibility we need as we continue to scale.”
“ASI is exactly the kind of company we want to attract to AllianceTexas,” said Ian Kinne, vice president of logistics innovation and investments at Hillwood. “After decades of building AllianceTexas, we have a unique perspective on what companies need to grow and the ability to move quickly when they see an opportunity here. For companies like ASI, that means access to talent, customers and a great business environment, along with the flexibility to test and validate new technologies as they build and scale their business in North Texas.”
ASI’s growth demonstrates how AllianceTexas serves as a platform where companies can establish operations, develop and test emerging technologies, and move those innovations toward commercialization. The AllianceTexas Test Center supports both surface and aerial autonomy through access to land, infrastructure and real-world operating environments. These capabilities are complemented by the workforce, logistics network, customers and industry partnerships located throughout Hillwood’s 27,000-acre master-planned development in north Fort Worth.
Alliance Town Center is a 900-acre mixed-use community within AllianceTexas that combines Class A office space with retail, dining, residential, health care, hotels, parks and other amenities. Its accessibility and range of nearby amenities support companies seeking to attract and retain employees.
