Frisco Station Announces the Launch of The Towers at Frisco Station, a New Mixed-Use District within the Development

FRISCO, Texas (April 30, 2024) – The Frisco Station Partnership is launching The Towers at Frisco Station, a new district inside the 242-acre mixed-use development, situated at the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway between Warren Parkway and John Hickman Parkway. The Towers district will include a Class AA speculative office building, an upscale hotel, a national retailer and at least four fine dining options.

The Towers at Frisco Station will be walkable to The Star, the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters, and plans will include up to five office buildings, which could total up to 3 million square feet. Pickle and Social, Frisco Station’s first entertainment venue, is already in the pre-construction phase in The Towers. The dual-concept destination will be paired with Fairway Social, a one-of-a-kind experience with simulators that feature 130 golf courses.

“The Towers at Frisco Station represents the ultimate vision for Frisco’s Dallas North Tollway corridor,” said Bill Baumgardner, executive vice president for VanTrust. “It will provide Frisco Station with a bustling mixed-use district comprised of best-in-class high-rise office space, unique entertainment venues, high-end hospitality options, and the very best in fine dining. We believe it will enable Frisco Station to set the standard for the flexible, amenity-driven office destinations that today’s employers require.”

Frisco Station already features four residential urban living communities and three hotel properties, including Canopy by Hilton Dallas Frisco Station, The AC Hotel Dallas Frisco and The Residence Inn Dallas Frisco. The Offices One, Two and Three represent 700,000 square feet of existing, fully amenitized Class A office space in the southwest corner of the development.

“With the addition of The Towers, Frisco Station is expected to see a growing amount of daytime traffic, continuing to provide Frisco with a one-of-a-kind, holistic development that encourages a smart, creative and healthy lifestyle,” said Robert Folzenlogen, senior vice president of strategic development and innovation for Hillwood, Frisco Station’s master developer. “The office program at Frisco Station remains strong, and The Towers district gives our office users and multifamily residents great walkability to all the area offers once their workday is complete.”

Launched in 2015, Frisco Station has delivered a total of 700,000 square feet of premium Class A office space, 955 units of mid- and high-rise multifamily and 450 hotel rooms. At full buildout, the property will offer 2,400 residential urban living options, an expansive 55-acre corporate campus, 3 million square feet of mid- and high-rise office space and 34 acres dedicated to health and wellness anchored by medical and life science facilities. An integrated, 30-acre park and trail system weaves through Frisco Station, connecting to Frisco’s regional hiking and biking trail system.
