Frisco Station Sells Land to Leading Home Builder Toll Brothers for the Development’s First Single-Family Luxury Community

FRISCO, Texas (August 18, 2026) – The Frisco Station Partnership announces the land sale of 23 acres to Toll Brothers for Frisco Station’s first luxury single-family residential community within the 242-acre mixed-use development. Located in Frisco’s North Platinum Corridor, the upscale community will expand Frisco Station’s residential options and provide current and future corporate customers with a new convenient option for living and working within Frisco Station. Development is anticipated to begin in Spring 2027 and is anticipated to open for sale in Fall 2028.

“We have a special opportunity to offer high-end, single-family residential homes during a time when available land in Frisco is limited,” said Mike Berry, president of Hillwood, general partner of Frisco Station Partnership. “The Frisco Station Partnership is excited to partner with a premier homebuilder like Toll Brothers to bring high-quality, luxury housing to the North Platinum Corridor and broaden the residential offerings in Frisco Station for corporate customers seeking the convenience of living close to work.”

The community will offer homebuyers an elevated experience, with homes ranging from 2,800 to 4,700 square feet. Homesites will be 64 feet wide, and buyers will be able to choose from 1- and 2-story home designs. Residents will also have access to the signature Toll Brothers Design Studio experience, where professional Design Consultants help buyers personalize their homes with finishes, fixtures and other design details that reflect their individual style.

“We are thrilled to introduce Toll Brothers at Frisco Station, where home shoppers can experience luxury living in the heart of Frisco,” said Jay Saunders, division president of Toll Brothers. “With beautifully designed homes and a prime location, this community will offer residents an elevated lifestyle with convenient access to Frisco’s outstanding dining, shopping, entertainment, and top-rated schools.”

The addition of luxury homes will bring a rare opportunity for single-family living in the heart of one of Frisco’s most dynamic mixed-use areas, combining immediate access to major employment centers with easy connections to dining, entertainment, recreation and open space. The new neighborhood will place residents within walking distance of The Star, the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters, with Hall Park also nearby. Frisco Station’s plans for additional food and beverage concepts, fitness offerings and retail amenities along Lebanon Road will further enhance walkability and provide services for residents, employees and visitors. The development’s 30-acre park and trail system will connect the community to Frisco’s regional hiking and biking network and additional planned open space throughout the development.

The announcement comes as Frisco Station advances the next phase of its mixed-use vision. An updated master plan for The Towers District calls for up to 3 million square feet of Class AA office space, complemented by a hotel and new entertainment offerings designed to support the needs of a growing corporate and residential population.

The momentum is already evident at The Offices Three at Frisco Station, where nearly 50,000 square feet of recent leasing activity includes incoming tenants Parkhill, Raymond James and Ash Grove. The addition of single-family homes will further broaden the development’s residential mix, creating another option for employees who want to live near their workplaces and the amenities they use every day.

Frisco Station’s existing residential mix includes SkyHouse Frisco Station, Cadence and The Casey, along with the forthcoming luxury multifamily community Bonham and Baker. The development also features three hotels, Canopy by Hilton Dallas Frisco Station, AC Hotel Dallas Frisco and Residence Inn Dallas Frisco, providing convenient accommodations for visitors and corporate teams. In 2025, Cambridge Holdings broke ground on Frisco Station’s first medical office building, launching the development’s Health and Wellness District and adding another layer of services within close proximity to homes and offices.
