Hillwood Acquires 39 Acres in Pinnacle Park Located in Romeoville, IL
Dallas – Hillwood, a Perot company, through its US Industrial Fund II, has acquired 39 acres in Pinnacle Park located in Romeoville, IL. The site will be developed as Romeoville Commerce Center and will consist of four Class A industrial buildings totaling 638,110 square feet. The acquisition marks Hillwood’s first development since opening its new Chicago-based office earlier this year.
With a groundbreaking later this summer, the initial two buildings will be 200,000 square feet each with rear load design and 32’ clear height. The truck courts will be 185 feet deep with up to 45 dock doors, 62 trailer parking stalls and 62 car parking spaces. Each building can be configured for up to four tenants, accommodating a wide variety of uses and tenants.
