Hillwood have agreed terms with Arqiva and Bedford Borough Council to acquire a 10.6 acre site, located at Interchange Way, Kempston, Bedford, MK42 7AZ.
Outline planning consent has been granted and Hillwood will be submitting a Reserved Matters application for a 100,000 sq ft single unit, which they propose to speculatively develop in 2026.

The site benefits from fast access to the main road network, particularly via the A421 Bedford Bypass and the A6.”
