DALLAS– Through its U.S. Industrial Fund II, Hillwood Investment Properties, a Perot company, has acquired Westridge Logistics Center (“Westridge”), a 320,000 square foot Class A multi-tenant distribution park in Atlanta, GA.
Developed in 2006, Westridge is located in the I-75 South/Henry County industrial submarket within 1.4 miles of the I-75/GA Hwy 155 interchange. This interchange represents the largest concentration of institutional quality bulk industrial product in Atlanta, with over 25M square feet of Class A product within a 3 mile radius.
