Sam Pearson, previously of Avison Young, joins Hillwood as Development Manager.
Hillwood, a leading global real estate investor and developer, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Pearson as Development Manager, further strengthening the company’s development and transactions team as it continues to expand its industrial and logistics portfolio.
Sam joins Hillwood from Avison Young, where he worked as an Associate Director, focusing on the leasing of industrial and logistics properties and advising occupiers, developers and investors across the sector. He brings extensive market knowledge and strong industry relationships that will support Hillwood’s continued growth and development / investment ambitions.
In his new role, Sam will be responsible for leasing across Hillwood’s existing portfolio and supporting the identification, acquisition and delivery of development projects across Hillwood’s growing UK portfolio.
