FORT WORTH, Texas (March 21, 2023) – Samsung HVAC America long-time AllianceTexas-based customer, is expanding its operations and will now occupy the entire 360,000-square-foot Alliance Gateway 55 industrial building. Samsung HVAC had previously leased 228,000 square feet at the building, which is located at 776 Henrietta Creek Rd. in Roanoke.
The facility is Samsung HVAC’s North American headquarters and primary distribution center for its heating and cooling products, which is distributed throughout the United States and Canada.

Alliance Gateway 55 is located within AllianceTexas’ robust transportation infrastructure platform, which includes the AllianceTexas Mobility Innovation Zone (MIZ), Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport and BNSF Railway’s Alliance Intermodal Facility. Strategically positioned along SH 170, and just a few miles from Interstate 35W, Samsung HVAC’s location provides unmatched highway connectivity and airport access within North Texas.
