DALLAS, Texas (May 8, 2024) – Steelcase, a global design, research and thought leader in the world of work, will showcase inspiring holistic workplaces that amplify the performance of individuals, teams and enterprises at its cutting-edge WorkLife Center. The new showroom is located inside Hillwood Urban’s Victory Commons, a premier 15-story, 352,000-square-foot office building in the heart of Dallas in Victory Park.
The 11,169 square-foot showroom is one of just nine locations in the country. The WorkLife Center incorporates the WELL Building Standard, which emphasizes the wellbeing of occupants and promotes a comprehensive approach to a healthy work environment.

The WorkLife Center’s one-of-a-kind features include state-of-the-art tools for virtual collaboration and productivity and hybrid collaboration areas that showcase Steelcase’s strategic partnerships with industry leaders, including Microsoft and Logitech.

Steelcase will join additional leases executed in December 2023 with local favorite White Rhino Coffee and a full floor new lease on the 8th floor for a renowned IT services and consulting company at Victory Commons One.
Victory Commons One will serve as White Rhino Coffee flagship location on the building’s first floor. The 2,263 square-foot storefront will be the chain’s largest location and will deliver a combination of location-exclusive coffees, specialty drinks and treats alongside beloved White
Rhino favorites to tenants, residents and visitors to Victory Park.
Victory Commons One is conveniently located near Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s (DART) Victory Station Plaza, which Hillwood Urban and DART partnered on to bring a one-acre public green space to Victory Park, adjacent to the DART Victory Station with direct connectivity to DART’s transit system.
