Developer Hillwood Communities has broken ground on a residential development in Allen.
Hillwood is building 30 new home lots in the last phase of its Lexington Village community. It’s part of the 2,400-acre Twin Creeks development.
“Twin Creeks has been one of Hillwood’s most successful master-planned communities,” said Fred Balda, president of Hillwood Communities. “With Allen’s job and population growth, we expect these lots to go quickly because they are some of the last in the city.”
Sanders and Associates Custom Homes will build houses priced from $590,000 on Hillwood’s new Allen lots.
Twin Creeks is the largest residential project in Allen with more than 2,000 homes.
Hillwood Communities was founded by Dallas businessman Ross Perot Jr. and has built more than 22,000 home lots in more than 60 communities around the country.
